The is no fee for us to intially assess any claims for mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance (PPI)
The process is simple and straightforward we will need to contact to the lender who sold the PPI policy to obtain information about the manner in which the policy sold to you and the details of the particular policy in question. This will involve a Subject Access Request (SAR) fee of £10.00 being charged. We will pay on your behalf. The information we receive from the lender will help us assess your mis-sold PPI claim,
iSmart do not charge any upfront fees. Instead we operate on a no win, no fee basis. We urge you to be cuatious of other PPI Claim handlers who demand up-front administration fees and wait for payment before they have even started the process to claim back ppi payments.
If your claim for mis-sold PPI is successful, we will simply charge you a fee of 25% plus VAT of any amount recovered on your behalf.
For example, if we were to obtain an settlement of £1000 compensation, our fee would amount to £300 (inclusive of VAT at 20%).
